The curved boning knife (Product No. 761602) is provided with a flexible 16cm long blade. It is suitable not only for releasing bones, but is also ideal for filleting. In particular it is very suitable for poultry and lamb.
The standard boning knife with a pointy blade length 13 cm and 3 mm thick (Product No. 761304), has the great advantage to release also strong bones easily from the flesh (e.g. from beef or pork). Also tendons can be cut out easily. too.
The set is complemented by a 21cm blade butcher knife (Product No. 762110), that also comes with a blade thickness of 3mm. Meat can thus be cut easily and without much effort into thin slices.
All knives comes with the glass fiber reinforced polypropylene yellow plastic handle that is very hygienic and slip resistant and ensuring safe working.
The blades should be sharpened from time to time with the sharpening steel (Product No.: 202602) to ensure a long-lasting edge retention.
